Having worked in accounting for over 50 years between us, we are fortunate to have experienced many different accounting functions and have vast experience in all areas from preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts, completing monthly management accounts and year-end reports as well as dealing with VAT, financial analysis, cost-saving exercises, managing both sales and purchase ledgers and payments along with bookkeeping, and dealing with auditors and other stakeholders.

Limited Company Accounts and Taxation
From £37.50 + VAT per month
We provide an all-inclusive limited company package for a fixed fee, offered in monthly instalments. Our service includes the preparation and submission of your company accounts, tax returns and director tax return(s) where required (for an additional £12.50 per month for each director). Our service is bespoke to suit your business needs and will provide an affordable and reliable tool to compliment your business. If you take our bookkeeping services as well, then this will impact the fees payable in your favour.
Annual Accounts and Tax Returns for Sole Traders and Partnerships
From £33 + VAT per month
If you are new to self-employment or have been trading for years, we can provide full support for your self assessment tax return from registration and cloud set-up, to the preparation of your accounts and the completion of your tax return under our monthly or annual service. Our service is simple and stress-free and we can help you to understand the most tax efficient way to run your business activities.
Self Assessment Tax Returns for Individuals
From £150 + VAT
We provide a tax return service for our limited company directors as well as individuals who need to complete a return for reasons other than self-employment. We manage your calculations and submission to HMRC.
Bookkeeping Services
Pricing dependent on volume
We can offer online/remote services to support the requirements of your business and help you to keep track of your business activity on a regular basis. Keeping your accounting ledgers up-to-date is so important in order to manage cashflow, and we can help with invoicing and reconciliation tasks where you don’t have the time.
VAT Returns
From £15 + VAT per month
Regular reconciliation, preparation and filing of your VAT returns can become one of those tasks that always seems to be present with concerns of looming deadlines, but we can help take that worry away from you. We offer a reliable and personal service which takes the responsibility away from you – all you have to do is pay the tax or relish the refund!
We can also offer advice on VAT requirement and registration, and support you on the various schemes available that can potentially lead to tax savings for your business.
Payroll Services
From £12 + VAT per month
Outsourcing your payroll will free up valuable time and you can also be confident that the correct submissions will have been made at the correct time to comply with HMRC regulations. Single director/owner monthly payroll through to employee weekly payroll, we have a solution that will fit your business style.
Company Formations (Start-ups)
From £100 + VAT
If you are a new business and are looking for some direction on how to proceed in the best way, we can provide advice and services to help you create the right foundations for a successful business. Initial consultations are free of charge with no obligation.
Management Accounts and Business Reporting
From £30 +VAT per month
Management accounts reporting is an important piece of the puzzle when it comes to business growth and analysis. For businesses that are wanting an insight on what they’ve spent and earned, how it compares to prior years or a budget, and where it looks like the business will be at the end of the financial year or this time next year then we can produce a report for you detailing all you need to know on a monthly or quarterly basis, so it’s not only at the year end when you know what you have – or haven’t – achieved. It’s a vital planning tool to help you take your business to the next level and is one of my specialities. We speak in plain English so you can see easily where you are!
Ad hoc reporting and support
Anything not covered within our service packages above will be billed at an hourly rate depending on the type of service (from £35 to £100 per hour + VAT).
