We’ve been doing this for a while now, with some of our clients being with us since the beginning. Others have joined us most recently after hiring someone else, where something went wrong, and they feel like they are just another number. We’ve heard the same frustrations more times than we can count.

We check in with clients because we want to, not because we have to. We ask how things are going and we always explain the why, not just the what.

The Way We Work Best

Most of our clients utilise cloud-based software, such as Xero or QuickBooks as this keeps things digital and makes it easy to stay on top of everything. We can always help you get set up on them if you haven’t used them before.

Some of our clients like monthly check-ins, and others prefer not to hear from us unless something crops up (that’s totally fine).

We don’t send lengthy reports unless you request them. We just keep you updated and make sure the numbers are right.
